Les services d'assistance proposés par BRICKS DU LAC couvrent tout type de besoin exprimé par le client, qu'il soit de nature technologique, domestique, pratique, ou tout autre service à la personne. Ces services sont rendus sur la base de l'expérience personnelle et des connaissances pratiques de Ludovic Rioux, sans certification, diplôme ou accréditation professionnelle spécifique, quel que soit le domaine concerné. Ludovic Rioux met tout en œuvre pour fournir une prestation de qualité, sans toutefois pouvoir garantir un résultat ni exclure la survenance d'un incident ou d'un dommage matériel lors d'une intervention. Le client, en sollicitant ces services, reconnaît et accepte ce risque inhérent à toute intervention.
Ludovic Rioux / BRICKS DU LAC se réserve le droit de refuser d'exécuter tout ou partie d'une prestation, à tout moment, pour des raisons éthiques, morales, légales ou personnelles, sans obligation de justification détaillée envers le client.
Si, à l'occasion d'une intervention quelconque, des éléments répréhensibles, illégaux ou dangereux venaient à être observés ou découverts, Ludovic Rioux se réserve le droit — et se considère dans l'obligation — d'en informer les autorités compétentes.
Les demandes de devis pour les services d'assistance et de recherche de pièces LEGO® sont soumises via les formulaires du site. Les tarifs communiqués sont indicatifs et peuvent être ajustés en fonction de la nature réelle de l'intervention.
Les modalités de paiement sont convenues directement avec le client au moment de l'établissement du devis, sauf pour les transactions effectuées via BrickLink qui suivent les conditions propres à cette plateforme.
BRICKS DU LAC ne saurait être tenu responsable des dommages indirects résultant de l'utilisation du site ou de la réalisation des prestations d'assistance, dans les limites prévues par la loi suisse applicable.

Diese Dienstleistungen werden auf Basis der persönlichen Erfahrung und praktischen Kenntnisse von Ludovic Rioux erbracht, ohne spezifische berufliche Zertifizierung, Diplom oder Akkreditierung, unabhängig vom betroffenen Bereich. Ludovic Rioux setzt alles daran, eine qualitativ hochwertige Leistung zu erbringen, kann jedoch kein Ergebnis garantieren und einen Zwischenfall oder Sachschaden während eines Einsatzes nicht ausschliessen. Der Kunde erkennt durch die Inanspruchnahme dieser Dienstleistungen dieses inhärente Risiko an und akzeptiert es.
Ludovic Rioux / BRICKS DU LAC behält sich das Recht vor, die Ausführung einer Dienstleistung ganz oder teilweise jederzeit aus ethischen, moralischen, rechtlichen oder persönlichen Gründen abzulehnen, ohne dem Kunden eine detaillierte Begründung geben zu müssen.
Sollten bei einem Einsatz strafbare, illegale oder gefährliche Umstände beobachtet oder entdeckt werden, behält sich Ludovic Rioux das Recht vor — und betrachtet es als seine Pflicht — die zuständigen Behörden zu informieren.
Anfragen für Kostenvoranschläge für Unterstützungsdienstleistungen und die Suche nach LEGO-Teilen werden über die Website-Formulare eingereicht. Die angegebenen Preise sind unverbindlich und können je nach tatsächlicher Art des Einsatzes angepasst werden.
Die Zahlungsbedingungen werden direkt mit dem Kunden bei der Erstellung des Kostenvoranschlags vereinbart, mit Ausnahme von Transaktionen über BrickLink, die den eigenen Bedingungen dieser Plattform unterliegen.
BRICKS DU LAC haftet nicht für indirekte Schäden, die aus der Nutzung der Website oder der Erbringung der Unterstützungsdienstleistungen entstehen, im Rahmen des geltenden schweizerischen Rechts.

Ludovic Rioux si impegna a fornire una prestazione di qualità, senza tuttavia poter garantire un risultato né escludere il verificarsi di un incidente o di un danno materiale durante un intervento. Il cliente, richiedendo questi servizi, riconosce e accetta questo rischio inerente a qualsiasi intervento.
Ludovic Rioux / BRICKS DU LAC si riserva il diritto di rifiutare di eseguire in tutto o in parte una prestazione, in qualsiasi momento, per motivi etici, morali, legali o personali, senza obbligo di motivazione dettagliata verso il cliente.
Se, durante un intervento, venissero osservati o scoperti elementi reprensibili, illegali o pericolosi, Ludovic Rioux si riserva il diritto — e si considera nell'obbligo — di informarne le autorità competenti.
Le richieste di preventivo per i servizi di assistenza e la ricerca di pezzi LEGO sono inviate tramite i moduli del sito. Le tariffe comunicate sono indicative e possono essere adeguate in base alla natura effettiva dell'intervento.
Le modalità di pagamento sono concordate direttamente con il cliente al momento della definizione del preventivo, salvo per le transazioni effettuate tramite BrickLink che seguono le condizioni proprie di tale piattaforma.
BRICKS DU LAC non potrà essere ritenuta responsabile per danni indiretti derivanti dall'utilizzo del sito o dalla realizzazione delle prestazioni di assistenza, nei limiti previsti dalla legge svizzera applicabile.
Ludovic Rioux / BRICKS DU LAC si riserva il diritto di modificare le presenti CGU in qualsiasi momento. Le modifiche entrano in vigore dalla loro pubblicazione sul sito.

By requesting these services, the client acknowledges and accepts this inherent risk of any intervention.
Ludovic Rioux / BRICKS DU LAC reserves the right to refuse to carry out all or part of a service, at any time, for ethical, moral, legal, or personal reasons, without any obligation to provide a detailed justification to the client.
Should reprehensible, illegal, or dangerous elements be observed or discovered during an intervention, Ludovic Rioux reserves the right — and considers it his duty — to inform the competent authorities.
Quote requests for assistance services and LEGO parts search are submitted via the website forms. The rates communicated are indicative and may be adjusted according to the actual nature of the intervention.
Payment terms are agreed directly with the client at the time the quote is established, except for transactions made via BrickLink, which follow that platform's own terms.
BRICKS DU LAC shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the site or the performance of assistance services, within the limits provided by applicable Swiss law.
